After going to bridal fairs and getting a feel of the market, I was feeling jaded. Salons were either absurdly priced, or I feel like I’m just another case to handle than a person who’s planning a one-in-a-lifetime event. I chanced upon ELW via Instagram Ads, looked at the many reviews here, their package, and decided to make an appointment. I don’t trust such ads often, but something about the profile makes me want to give it a try - and I’m glad I did.
Eric, the owner and designer of the gowns he offers, is the best advisor/designer/consultant a Singaporean bride you can ask for. With decades of experience under his belt, he listens to the brides and pays attention to what makes them feel joyful and confident. He prioritized my happiness over arbitrary terms and conditions, which I’m truly touched by. Naturally, his team of MUA and photographer (Sally and Aaron) matched his work ethic. They were attentive, and delivered my vision while being honest.

Eric was amazing—he handled everything from pre-wedding to the actual day, including bridal car tying, so we never had to worry.
